Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy – Ryan’s Christmas

At Ryan’s Christmas, we are committed to delivering quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with standard eCommerce practices in India.

1. Applicability

This policy applies to all purchases made through our Shopify store within India.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all tags intact

Note: We recommend recording an unboxing video as proof for damaged or missing items.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or installed products (including assembled or decorated Christmas trees)

  • Seasonal décor after use

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Minor variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at mailryanschristmas@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  2. Provide:

    • Order ID

    • Description of the issue

    • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours

Important: Do not return any product without prior approval.

5. Reverse Pickup & Shipping

  • Approved returns will be eligible for reverse pickup where available

  • If reverse pickup is not available, customers may be required to self-ship the product

  • Shipping costs will be reimbursed only if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

6. Refund Policy

6.1 Refund Method

Refunds will be processed using the same mode of payment used during purchase:

  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI: Refunded to the original payment account

  • Cheque / Demand Draft (DD): Refund will be issued via Cheque only (not DD)

  • Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer

6.2 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product is received and inspected

  • Once initiated, a refund reference code will be shared

  • Refunds typically reflect within 5–7 working days, as per bank norms

Most refunds are processed within 10 working days. However, for cheque-based refunds:

  • Additional time may be required for cheque delivery

  • Further time may be needed for bank clearance after deposit

6.3 Bank Processing Disclaimer

Ryan’s Christmas shall not be responsible for delays in crediting refunds to your account, as processing is handled by your issuing bank or financial institution.

6.4 Deductions on Refund

The following may be deducted from your refund amount:

  • Shipping and delivery charges

  • Discounts or promotional benefits applied to the order

  • Reward points or store credits earned on the purchase

7. Replacement Policy

  • Free replacement will be provided for damaged, defective, or incorrect products

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

  • Replacement is subject to product availability

  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

9. Delivery Guidelines

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery

  • If the package appears damaged, you may refuse delivery and inform us immediately

10. Legal Compliance

This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 (India). Ryan’s Christmas reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions stated above.
